Preparing sauce:
First, we need 1 cup of milk, 1 cup oil, 2/3 tbs sugar, 2 tbs chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbs vinegar then mix them into a blender. After that, into this sauce we mix little pieces of cucumber .Then prepare our sauce.
Preparing recipe:
First, we cut chicken into medium size. In a bowl, put all pieces of chicken, then gradually mix onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, oregano, red chili powder, egg, soya sauce, vinegar and salt. Properly mix this ingredients. Keep it this into outside for one and half hour.
Coat the chicken with this mixing. Then keep it in the fridge for 15/30 minutes.
Then heat oil on a medium flame. After that, we fry this and enjoy your meal with sauce.
If you want to bake this, you can. At 400 F or 200 C in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes on each side.
