Best 5 ways to reduce Belly fat



It is common to see belly fat. It mainly occurs if someone eats too much fatty food. It happens when age grows up to 30. If a person doesn’t get proper care he/she has to suffer and fat will increase time by time. We can reduce it by maintaining some rules.

Fat: Adipose tissue is a specialized connective tissue which uses in our daily work but in a low amount. If we can’t eat three times our body fat converts into energy that helps us to survive the whole day. It is two types of tissue. Such as, white and brown. For every day works to gain energy, it’s done by white tissue. On the other hand, to heat our body, it’s done with brown tissue.

The reason behind fat: 

If we don’t take our breakfast thus we can’t work properly because of that fat increase day by day. Even if we sit in one place for a long time, fat also increases constantly. Not sleeping in time, not eating food properly, or eating fast-food causes belly fat. Too much carob-hydrate is really harmful to the body so we have to avoid cold drinks.

Way to reduce belly fat:

1. Avoid sweet and cold-drinks: Totally avoid cold-drinks. We have to avoid all kinds of sweet drinks such as lemon juice, fruit juice, etc. Because sugar is made of half of glucose and half of fructose which metalized in the liver. Having too much sugar causes liver and belly fat which is the main reason for all kinds of diseases. But eating fruit doesn’t cause any diseases so we just have to avoid soft drinks.

2. Eating soluble fibre: We have to eat fruits and vegetables properly it gives us enough nutrition. Most of the fruits and vegetables contain soluble fibre which remains long time in our stomach.

3. Stay stress free: Too much stress causes belly fat because adrenal glands creates cortisol. This cortisol is called stress hormone. For this reason, women’s fat increase constantly. To stay stress free we have to yoga after bed which makes balance of hormone level.

4. To reduce carob-hydrate: It is not a good idea to totally carob hydrate from our daily meal. We have to avoid refined carob hydrate and oily food.

5. Increase protein foods: Nowadays we all are having trouble increasing weight and belly fat.  When someone is dieting that times reduce the proper quantity of protein. To maintain protein in our body we have to diet protein types of food which will reduce our hungriness. This will increase the rate of metabolism. We have to eat almonds, milk, fish, egg, pulse, etc.



Besides, we have to drink warm water with lemon adding honey. Or we can try meant with cold water adding lemon. Then walking in the morning for one hour will help us decrease fat.
