Nowadays, mouth sores are big sores. This lesion is called an Aphthous ulcer. Aphthous oral ulcers are ulcers that form in the mucous membranes in the oral cavity. Aphthous ulcers are spherical in shape. The part of the mouth that usually moves or moves is on the inner lining of the tongue, lips, chin, and even the gums. It usually lasts 7 to 10 days, if much more than up to 15 days.
There are three types of aphthous ulcers. E.G.-
1. Minor aphthous ulcers:

3. Herpetiform aphthous.
Explanation of aphthous ulcer:
1. Minor aphthous ulcer: This aphthous does not cause so much pain. It is usually smaller in size than less than 10 mm. It forms as a single ulcer or bunch. About 80 percent are minor i9n nature. It lasts a week or two.
2. Major aphthous ulcer: This aphthous is very painful when eating and drinking. It is 5 mm or larger in size. It lasts at least two weeks or a few months, but in some cases, it lasts a year or two.
3. Herpetiform aphthous ulcer: In this aphthous when multiple pinpoint lesions fuse together and form large, irregularly shaped ulcers. It is 5 mm in size. Ulcers occur in 10 percent of the fields.
How aphthous ulcer looks:
It occurs on the inside of the cheeks or lips or on the tongue. Usually, a spot swells and turns red around it. The wound is yellow or gray in color.
Symptoms of aphthous ulcers:
This aphthous has very normal symptoms such as burning or itching of the tongue, difficulty in eating and speaking, salivation. Especially lymph node swelling, fever, and physical fatigue occur.
Causes of aphthous ulcers:
1. Family tendencies
2. Stress
3. Due to food allergies
4. Due to deficiency of vitamin B12, Iron, and Fluoric Acid.
5. Due to hormonal changes during pregnancy.
6. Eat extra citrus fruits, such as oranges or lemons.
7. Any wound as a result of being bitten by a tooth.
8. In case of hard toothbrush or sharped curved teeth.
Remedy:
1. Where there is a wound in the mouth, it can be further increased by sticking to the teeth. Applying honey on the wound site will gradually reduce it.
2. It is better not to use mouthwash because salt acts as an antiseptic.
3. Spicy foods should be avoided until the wound heals.
4. Extra hot or extra cold should not be eaten. Even extra tea-coffee cannot be drunk.
5. It is better to eat sour yogurt because yogurt acts as a probiotic.
6. cloves, mint leaves, raw turmeric get better very quickly when eaten because they are anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory.
7. Applying juice from aloe vera leaves is quick to get better.
8. Mix baking soda in warm water and gargle water.
In addition to these, we need to take care of our face and tongue,
1. Everyday brush your teeth two times.
2. Eat less sweet foods.
3. Everday gurgle with mixing salt-water.
4. Eat fresh fruits.
