Preparation of homemade spices:
- 6/7 bay leaves piece
- 2-star flowers piece
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp piece
- Cardamom 6 piece
- Jaiphal and Jayatti 1 piece
- Cinnamon 2 piece
- Black pepper 10-12 piece
All the above spices should be fried in a low heat about 10 miniutes. After
that all spices blend in a blender.
Then cut the chicken breast meat into small
pieces and mix the above spices with green chili paste, tomato sauce, butter
milk (1/2 cup of milk can be mixed with 1 piece of lemon juice or vinegar). If
you want, you can marinate it for 1 day or 2 hours.
Then fry on low heat.
First prepare the vegetables for the
toppings:
- Capsicum 1.5 cups
- Onion 1 cup
- olive oil
- Oregano
- salt
All the above should be cooked together on low flame.
Mushroom cooking:
- Mushroom 1 cup
- olive oil
- Oregano
- salt
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and cook on low heat.
Dough making process:
- Flour 2 cups
- Oil 5 spoons
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Yeast 1 spoon
All should be mixed together and softened with normal water. Then keep in a warm place.
Prepare the sauce:
- Tomato sauce
- chili sauce
- Mustard sauce
- soya sauce
All will be mixed together.
Make mayonnaise:
- Cold milk 1 cup
- Oil 1.5 cup
- Sugar 3 spoons
- chili sauce
- lemon juice
First blend with milk, sugar, lemon juice. Then blend the rest of the ingredients together again. Mayonnaise is ready.
After the dough rises, it should be pressed
by hand to release the air inside. Then make a round shape and make a hole with
a spoon, then add toppings and sauce as desired.
